Were you at iDate in LA?

New Team Members
We have added a new Head of Customer Retention to our team in the UK. Neringa Dambrauskaite joins us from Lithuanian social discovery network, Draugas.lt, where she helped to increase user engagement and monetisation, initiated the development of new features and products and contributed to international growth.

New languages added for Contact Forms
As we are constantly improving our Customer Support levels, we have added more new languages into the contact forms to give a better and faster level of service to the users of your site(s).
New solutions to reduce scamming
We continue to optimize the Scamalytics solution which is already integrated into our platform. Once we have finished manually comparing their data to ours, we will then increase the number of reported scammers we send to them so that their system can learn what the key attributes of a scammer are and improve its detection capabilities.
To simplify the moderation process for our in-house moderators we have fully integrated the scamalytics score into the text and photo approval interface.
