Our Online Dating Business Group is expanding rapidly and we are now looking to bring on board a Technical Account Manager with the skills to establish, support and incentivize client relationships, and to pro-actively analyse account activity and performance in order to increase revenue.
Our group of companies offers a wide array of ways for deals to be made, given that we offer everything from Online Dating software to the best performing Dating offers in the market.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will support our affiliates, partners and affiliate networks by proactively communicating, educating, and providing technical advice to improve conversion rates, increase account-generated revenues, CTR’s and customer satisfaction. You will have the skills and curiosity to monitor competing offers in the market, analyse reports, listen to customers, and know the issues. You will be able to communicate succinctly and accurately with all internal departments, and have the tenacity to follow queries through to resolution.

Your main duties:
Offer support to new and existing affiliates/partners and affiliate networks and improve conversion rates by designing and optimizing landing pages and registration flows.
Monitor account activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase account-generated revenues, new campaign ideas, creatives and A/B testing all geared towards good CTRs and unique to lead conversions. Measure the effectiveness of all outputs and update recommendations.
Work closely with the Head of Department and the VP of Sales to build and expand revenue generation from all partners.
Monitor and assist on the integration of server to server pixels for networks and power affiliates.
Monitor competing offers in the market in order to be creative and improve our partner´s creatives/ sites.
Establish client relationships, resolve concerns and provide support for the partners by proactively communicating with them and catering to their technical requests in a timely manner.
Streamline sales-production processes for the quickest lead to revenue cycle.
Support partners with set up questions on “how to”. Help them get familiar with the product admin panel.
Maintain customer satisfaction. Provide education – not only on the company’s procedures and products, but the industry as a whole.
Analyse partner’s performance reports, optimise landing pages and ensure growth of partner’s traffic and performance.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in online designer/coding (online dating preferably). Previous experience working at an online and or mobile ad network/affiliate network is ideal.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Proactive & enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.
The ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Cope well under stress.
Innovative, happy to discuss ideas amongst peers.
Confident and excellent inter-personal skills.
Fluent English both written and spoken, foreign language is a plus.
Having a flair for great design that engages the user and incentivizes call to action.
Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite products (Photoshop, InDesign etc.)
