We are looking for a natural sales person with great people skills and an eye for identifying fantastic opportunities.
As one of our Account Managers you will manage relationships with partners/affiliates who are at the core of our business, as well as proactively develop new leads into opportunities. Our group of companies offers a wide array of ways for deals to be made, because we offer everything from Online Dating software to the best performing Dating offers in the market.

Your main duties:
Recruit new affiliates/ partners and affiliate networks for DatingFactory.com / Traffic Mansion.com and build valuable relationships with all of them.
Monitor account activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase account-generated revenues.
Work closely with the Head of Department and the VP of Sales to build and expand revenue generation activities in your territory.
Travel around the world to attend relevant industry trade shows to build meaningful and long lasting relationships with business partners.
Maintain customer satisfaction. Know the issues, communicate them succinctly and accurately to internal departments, and follow them through to resolution.
Analyze partner’s performance reports, optimize landing pages and ensure growth of partner’s traffic and performance.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum of 1 to 2-years´experience in the Affiliate Marketing/ Account Management (Online Dating Preferably) and or Media Buying. Previous experience working at an online and or mobile ad network/affiliate network is ideal.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Proactive & enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.
The ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Cope well under stress.
Innovative, happy to discuss ideas among peers.
Confident and excellent inter-personal skills.
Fluent English both written and spoken, foreign language is a plus.
Basic Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
